Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancel up to 24 hours before pickup for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are not refunded.

If the car is not collected at the agreed time and the booking was not cancelled, no refund is given.

If you return the car early, no refund is given for unused days.

Refunds go back to the original payment method.

The security deposit is refunded within 7 working days after return, minus any charges under the Rental Terms.

If you have paid and we cannot confirm your booking (for example, the car is not available for your dates), you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
