Rental Terms

Minimum age: 21. The driving licence must have been held for at least 1 year.

Required documents — Bahrain residents: your CPR card and a valid Bahraini driving licence.

Visitors: your passport with a valid visa and a valid driving licence. Depending on where your licence is from, an International Driving Permit may be needed.

A security deposit is required. The amount depends on the car and the rental period, and we will confirm it when we approve your booking. The deposit is refunded within 7 working days after the car is returned, subject to vehicle inspection.

All our cars come with full insurance.

The customer excess is BD 150 per incident. An official accident report is required for any accident.

All rentals include unlimited mileage.

Please return the car with the same fuel level as at pickup. Otherwise, a refuelling fee of BD 25 applies.

Please return the car at the agreed time. There is no grace period: any late return is charged as an extra rental day.

The customer is responsible for all traffic fines issued during the rental period and must pay the full amount of each fine.

Taking the vehicle outside Bahrain, including to Saudi Arabia, is not allowed.

Any additional driver must be registered on the rental agreement before driving the car and must meet the same driver requirements.

Smoking and pets are not allowed in our vehicles. A cleaning fee of BD 10 applies if this rule is broken.
